Destiny, a horribly selfish woman, created the company, Revenge Fairy to inflict vengeance on others. She enjoys her job almost as much as defrauding people. After an angry woman driving a red sports car runs her over, Destiny finds herself in purgatory. There, she learns that her soul hasn't grown after many lifetimes, and she faces being erased from existence. To avoid this fate, she escapes purgatory by disguising herself as a fairy godmother and reappears on Earth in Megan’s bedroom.
