Being a victim doesn’t have to mean a negative connotation or something that is life-changing, ruining or damaging to a person. being a victim can be an empowering scenario that allows a person to use their situation to become a better person, grow and learn life lessons, and understand that they are survivors and not victims who are weak, angry confused or associated with any negative aspects. There are many negative aspects of victimhood and people often think of victims as weak, traumatized, bitter, angry, isolated, confused people who are in need of help or healing. This doesn’t have to be the case. It’s important to change your perceptions and perspectives of the situations, heal yourself fully and become a happy whole person from the negative situation that you felt ruined your life in some way.
